Job Summary
Graceful Steps Dance Studio is searching for an energetic and passionate Zumba Teacher to join our vibrant community. You’ll have the opportunity to lead fun, high-energy Zumba classes that inspire students to stay fit and enjoy dancing. Your enthusiasm for dance and fitness will create a welcoming and lively environment, making each class a memorable experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy Zumba classes that incorporate a variety of dance styles, including salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and more.
- Create engaging and innovative choreography sequences that cater to participants of all fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet accessible workout experience.
- Inspire and motivate class participants to give their best effort, stay engaged, and have fun throughout the workout.
- Stay informed about current fitness trends, Zumba choreography updates, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Certified Zumba Instructor with a valid license to teach Zumba classes.
- Previous experience teaching Zumba or group fitness classes is preferred but not required.
- Strong dance background with proficiency in various dance styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, dance, and inspiring others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
